- 1st you will need fast, reliable internet service. You may find it possible to stream with speeds as low as 10 – 15 mbps but if other users on your wifi are also streaming or gaming you may encounter problems. Higher speeds will enable your entire household to stream happily at the same time.
- Next you will need a device to watch on. Some LG and Samsung TVs will allow for installation of the ClearChoice app directly. For all other TVs you can use an Amazon FIre Device, Roku Device or MAG Device. Android devices with access to Google Play Store can download the ClearChoice app and other devices such as PCs, Laptops, Phones and tablets with internet browsers can navigate to our viewer web address.
- Finally, just choose the subscription package that meets your needs and subscribe. You will receive an email with your login information to enter into the app or web viewer.
- We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Venmo and Cash App.
- Your information is secure. We use only reputable and safe payment processors and our website is a secure site.
- We never sell or pass along your information to anyone.
- Think of connections like cable tv or direct tv boxes, you need a connection for each device you will be watching at the same time. With 1 connection you can still enjoy your subscription on many different devices or TVs but only on one at a time. With 3 or 5 connections, you and your family members can watch on 3 or 5 devices or TVs at the same time.
- Always remember to logout of the app or website when done viewing to release the connection and make it available on another device. If you just exit the app and don’t logout, the connection is still in use and cannot be used on another device.
- NO! The service is monthly and you are purchasing your monthly service in advance. You can cancel anytime you want by simply not renewing when your subscription ends and you can restart your subscription anytime you like with no extra fees.
- We cannot offer refunds. Mega Cloud Media only markets and manages subscriptions, once you purchase a subscription it will expire at the end of the term and cannot be canceled prior to then for a refund. Consider it like purchasing prepaid cellular service, you can’t cancel the minutes you purchased but you don’t have to purchase more if you decided to stop using the service.

- The Cloud DVR gives you 30gb of storage on our cloud servers to record your favorite shows. This means no storage is required on your end. Most popular network programming offers the option to record but not all.
